Where is food photography heading? Authors Henrik Yde and Steven Achiam will talk about the collaborate process of making Dead and Fermented in Vejle on October 23rd at Food Photo Festival. Selected prints from the book will be exhibited and auctioned for charity. The book has received the Gourmand Award for best photography in a cookbook. By employing crime noir and a documentary approach they made an unusual publication that follows a murder investigation leading into the Asian restaurant business.
